No added sulfites, precision wine-making. Here is the geeky stuff --- Cold settling  20 hours under inert gas (CO2) - Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel  (16 - 19°C) - Natural yeast - Ageing on very fine lees until bottling - Inert gas bottling (nitrogen).

An aromatic Sauvignon with notes of white flowers, citrus and a mineral touch. The  "Gris" adds a bit of richness and tropical fruits.

In the heart of the Loire Valley, winemakers Clothilde et Honorine run their family's domaine. From perfectly ripened Cabernet Franc they produce a lovely range of Chinons.

Light and bright with red fruit, spices, violets and liquorice. 

Intense and deep, blackcurrant and prune, with pepper and spices, structured but integrated tannins.  

Intense, dark ruby garnet colour, spicy and complex toasted character with by ripe black berries. Decanting recommended.

A light and lively Syrah, fermented at low temperatures to enhance the red fruit flavors. Can be enjoyed slightly chilled. 

Château Lamothe de Haux is a family vineyard of 25ha where passion passes from generation to generation. Located southwest of Bordeaux in the commune of Haux, Château Lamothe has crafted estate-bottled wine since the 16th century. 

A freshing blend of Sauvignon, Sémillon, Muscadelle, and Colombard.

A complex blend of Merlot (60%), Cabernet Sauvignon (30%), and Cabernet Franc (10%).
